CONTINUATION TRAINING PACKAGE

Training Architex has your organisational workforce requirements at its heart. We provide two bespoke packages: an ‘Onboarding Package’ and a ‘Continuation Training Package’. These packages are created by working closely with your teams to carry out thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to produce a Role Skills Audit (RSA). Where necessary, Job Descriptions are also reviewed to develop training which meets your specific role / job requirements.

In addition, we train an in-house mentor to act as your employees’ point of contact. The combination of owning the training and having a trained in-house mentor, enable you to control your organisational training requirements.

Continuation Training Package
The Continuation Training Package builds upon the foundations of the Onboarding Package. The Employer Skill Survey also states that 15% of organisations have employees with at least one skills gap. This package targets these skills gaps to maximise your organisational efficiencies.

A strong appraisal system is central to the Continuation Training Package, which uses a bespoke Continuation Training Course to support the development of the employee. This package focuses on closing specific employee skills gaps to maximise efficiencies and in turn your organisations workforce productivity.
